you've only been playing for a month, you'll get better. took my 2-3 months of playing to get to the point where I wasn't feeding in half my games(i never played a MOBA or anything even similar to lol either)

I do ranged combat, Ashe and Graves are my best (and only) characters. I've played Garren too but I'm not good at him and I tend to end up half-dead before I even get within attack range. I've also played Volibear and Twitch, but with them I was lucky to do even lightly scratch someone.

I've played some RTS's, mostly Company of Heroes. Starting out was rough because they tried to compare everything to CoH when there's really nothing comparable aside from how you order movements, attacks, and abilities. It made things needlessly complex because I spent more time trying to figure out how x is comparable to y than I did learning how to use x in the first place.

I had like 80 yi games season 2, with a 60% win rate, at around 1700ish
Yi is a really good jungler in the new jungle, and the mercurial scimitar/sword of the divine/buffed youmuus are all really good on yi.
currently 1306 in ranked 6-3, literally carrying people with orianna
i dont know how we won last game, our jungle rengar dies twice facechecking our red and our vayne bought boots of mobility and wriggles before getting anything actually useful on her. basically every 2 minutes someone got caught and about 60% of the time i bailed them out with W+E.
best moment was when our rengar had 200 hp and stepped on a shroom, like 1 tick before he died i was able to get in range and i shielded him so teemo couldn't get the kill :v

Isn't he still very much RNG-dependent, though? Gotta get them procs, y'know, and if you don't the monsters have more chance to shove sharp things up your ass.

With 0 procs in the new jungle its 3:45 level 4 without leash, and you need to use all 5 pots. If you proc on like every single mob its going to be <3:00 clear, probably 0-1 pot. If you get an average amount its like 3:15~3:25 clear with 3-4 pots/
It would be nice if riot made it so it did average damage instead of random amounts. I think it was actually in one of the pbe patches a few months ago but it didn't make it.

ELOHell doesn't exist, it's just a group between 1100 and 1300 ELO, full of players that aren't good enough to hit 1400, they have win streaks and hit 1400, aren't good enough and drop back down. If you're a good player, you won't have this problem.

on season 1 i was 1100 elo, season 2 i got to 1250 and stopped trying, now atm im 1300 and i basically carry every single game I get to play ap mid

He said this RIGHT when I had to deal with a Garen + Ziggs + Amumu in my lane along with an enemy Ez ult from mid.

I don't think that's right. Again as Vayne (5 minutes ago), I was 5/1 in bot with no ganks from my jungler. Hecarim jungler ganks mid at level 3 with a Karthus and bot die to a Heimerdinger. Malphite top continues to get wrecked by a Jax and we lose the game in less than 20 minutes because they kept going off on their own instead of being a team.

you don't need ganks from your jungler if youre bot, top needs way more ganks due to top being snowbally
the only time you would ever absolutely need ganks bot is if your combo is countered by theirs
