With the items about to change entirely I'll take this time to ask, before S3 starts; has anyone here played on-hit Teemo before? I know it seems like a silly alternative to AP but truth be told AP isn't really all too decent on him. AP makes him a nuisance, on-hit makes him a threat.
I'm moreso curious if anyone else but me plays him the same way.

Skarner's on sale, should I get him now and then play with him when I've figured the jungle out? Or is he less viable in the Season 3 jungle?

Can you guys name some unconventional mids?
Champs that scale off of AP that wouldn't normally go mid, or even just champs that you think wouldn't be able to go mid.

You don't need to figure out anything to play Skarner. Do you see the Q button? Press it. Do you see the W button? Press it. Do you see the E button? Ignore it. You have mastered the Jungling Arachnid.

Kog Mid is pretty awesome when you have blue. Being able to spam his ult with blue + the Q and E do pretty good damage.

Well I played some Warwick jungle and I was never really at the right spot at the right time, so I think I still gotta figure out things

Warwick is a slow jungler, season 2 jungle largely favours champions who have a fast clear speed, like Udyr, Skarner, Shyvana and Mundo. These champions kill minions faster than warwick and can have a presence in the lane sooner.
I'm not saying that Jungle is easy by the way, just that Skarner is a bit of a facerolley champion who can turn into a hypercarry if you let him. Jungling is hard, it takes time and practise to become a good jungler.
A few tips that helped me when I was jungling:
Don't wait for an opportunity to gank. If your lane partner isn't ready for one when you arrive within a second or so, just leave. Time waiting is time spent not farming.
Make sure to let your lane partner know a gank is on its way. In chat, typing "wolves then top" or "wraiths then mid" followed by a ping will let you lane partner know you're available for a gank, and if they have a brain cell they'll ease up a bit and let their enemy push.
Lastly, if you have 75 gold laying around after you recall, buy a ward! Vision is always important. Drop a ward in the top river bush as you leave so your top can fall back if they see the enemy jungler for example. You're always all over the map, especially early game, so it's convenient for you to be warding.

I don't think that Darius is OP, he just snowballs easily and is countered in a way that isn't very clear to many pubs/with a mechanic that average pub players don't utilize that much.
There should be some sort of idiot disband button in lobby for ranked
Like, 3 or 4 people on team think their comp is shit after everyone's picked, game disbands. To keep it balanced you can only successfully use it about, say, every 30 minutes, but better than someone being unable to play at all because some idiot was dumb during champ select
