There's also a 56% chance your enemy will get really good players (smurfs or just people rising in ELO). Its a double edged sword. You can't use these numbers with the idea that there is ONE retard in every game. There are too many variables.

But yeah. I had this guy with 200 wins just before (Fresh lvl30 probably)
and he was whining all game about how bad our top was (I won't deny it, he was pretty much the reason why we lost but the game wasn't completely over. We just had to climb up a steep hill to win)
but he just went on and on about how bad he was for the whole game even when he threw the game once and had pretty bad CS as an ADC.

Well, two of your champion picks are about making people with limited understanding of the game rage. Tristana is a good Carry, one of the best in my opinion. Veigar is just fun though, boom boom boom victory.
Teemo and Evelynn are the ones to make people rage or is it Teemo and Jax?
Veigar has a really nice stun which has got a few kills multiple times.
Teemo Has free wards, Blinds to make master yi useless, poison to get you a kill when there running away and a great damage output once you get items.
Jax seems to be a fairly good champion but have not played him yet.
Tristana is great at defending towers and pushing not sure if she has a stun though.
Evelynn, No idea what she does other then spike attack of some kind which is good when they run away.
So I should get tristana or jax?

You can make progress upward but its very easy to fall even further than you climbed.

Teemo and Jax are the champions to play to annoy other players. Teemo thrives on hunting passive players who try to escape him. Jax is at his best when the enemy champion goes all in, his passive allows him to deal more damage the longer the duel continues. You beat Jax by staying away from him, and you beat Teemo by running up to him and kicking him in the balls.
Veigar is a fairly solid mid if you play well, he's squishy as all hell but he can burst down champions like nobodies business. Tristana doesn't have a stun, but her Ultimate has a short cooldown that deals a lot of damage and knocks the target and everyone nearby back.
It's about what you want to play, especially at your level. You're still learning, what's good now won't be as good when you hit 30. People will see you playing as Yi and, as you said, counter your strategy. League of Legends is about flexibility, if you can't adapt you'll sink. Learn as much as you can.
