To be honest they need to make another server to suit those who speak spanish/ whatever. Having just the BR servers in my opinion are not enough. I don't have anything against other languages it's just not helpful to a team when you have 2 people who speak spanish and the rest English.
I haven't played with non-English speaking people in a while and completely forgot about it til now.
4-man premade talked to me in german. They all went teleport promote, after changing chars and locking 5 seconds before the game started. This is gonna be interesting. Playing as sona, btw.

Tbh this is freaking charity to dignitas Iwilldominate and crumbzz almost always undoes any advantage patoy, scarra and qtpie create by feeding throughout the entire match.

Teemo seems to be rather op with the new stuff.

That knock-up can merely be considered an interrupt. It's a .75 second disable max, from what I'm seeing.

That new Statikk Shyv item is awesome when used on GP. Farm faster and when you have the GP 5 item you get loadsamoney between that and his gun.

He was the only good-looking one on Dignitas.
pick pocket mastery doesn't work on gp auto attacks for some reason.
but it does work on his parrley which is all that really matters. free 5g every parrley.
all that combined with avarice blade and last hitting minions racks you up some mad cash.

The boot enchantments are nice. The Honorguard one when you're at fountain and gives you 200% movement speed. I feel like a delorian with the particle effect leaving fountain.
