Played a game in every role. 3 black cleavers on talon, all the stats stack and the passive stacks, however it caps at 4 stacks of the debuff. Then I played a game as MF with an IE, statikk shiv and hurricane. She can proc the shiv every 2 shots with double up and its crits on single targets does awesome damage.
Why aren't they giving it to us on EU yet Q_Q

Depends, you get the most damage out of Q, so if you can bully your lane then max that, if you can't fight them at all max E.
reading several guides and apparently it's best to go WEQ, Q maxed doesn't give that much damage, the cooldown reduction for W and E gets you ferocity stacks much faster, and the W defense buff is a lot at level 9.

I don't know, I mean. When people say Rengar's Q doesn't give much damage it makes me think of Gangplank.
If you look at the numbers, his Q doesn't scale all that hard, but in-game it REALLY feels piss weak unless you level it (or get a crit. Yo ho ho!)

rengar is indeed fun, other than building ferocity to spam W for sustain I just mash buttons and win
is there any point of the game where I should sell the necklace thingy though? if i'm not getting kills, should I bother buying it at all?
I guess if you can't get it above 6 stacks or so it's not really worth it. Even with around 6 stacks if you can't raise it by endgame just sell it.
They removed rabadons so now I can't ap yi only hybrid :(

My FPS normally sits between 50-60.
Booted this game up with bots just to have a go at the new items and I was rocking 10 FPS, then 4 during fights. Fun!

Runaan's Hurricane and Liandry's Torment are probably my two favorite new items atm
I tried to build a frozenfist/Liandry's Ryze but it turns out his E doesn't proc the LT's healthburn :(
Also, new Doran's blade is awesome as fuck.
