I tried out BT > Statikk Shiv > Runaan's Hurricane and it worked out pretty well. You have quite a lot of burst if you have your headshot ready and your statikk Shiv charged up, not to mention if you manage to crit.
But other then that, I can't really judge the build yet, since we had an Orianna with 17 deaths who kept running in 1v5, so it was pretty much a stomp fest and there weren't many real, close 5v5 teamfights to see how it really works out. It's does seem fun, thats for sure.

Just building the recommended items makes me hella tanky
Also the Twin Shadows are so fun to use. I want to try them on Noct for amazing ganks.
