He's getting another pretty big nerf this upcoming patch, isn't he?
Hopefully [editline]20th October 2012[/editline] I'll take every ban slot for the bunch of other dumb champions
ugh why?? he's so easy to deal with, he can't do anything to anyone at a range so it's like, if you have no ranged champions against a rengar that's your fault. if you have ranged then rengar shouldn't be a problem
Gotta disagree with you here. While Cho'Gath is capable of putting out some impressive damage, rushing Deathcap leaves you pretty dang squishy. Cho'Gath doesn't want to be squishy, because he's kind of huge. He's too big to dodge skillshots, and it's very difficult not to target him in a teamfight. Your first three items should all offer durability as well as damage, and with Cho'Gath's extremely impressive natural sustain, buying to counter the damage type of the champion you're facing gives you huge staying power. Null-Magic Mantle and 2 mana potions -> Mercury Treads and 2 Doran's Rings -> RoA -> Athene's -> Frozen Heart -> Abyssal Scepter/Rylai's -> Deathcap/Other This'd be a pretty general build, I suppose. It gives a boatload of health and resistances, and enough AP to burst down the important squishy targets.
Why would you start null magic? Boots+2+1 is going to be better.
Rengar was OP for a while.
He still is. His full passive-jump burst at level 1 and 2 does almost 300 damage. He can instazone anyone top.
uh
He can't do much of anything if he's not in a bush as he doesn't have a lot of mobility when not in one. If your tank picks up an oracle's he'll never be able to flee from battle or get the jump on any of your teammates. His damage is crazy, I know. But it's basically the same thing with Darius, packs a punch while being tanky, can be countered but people are just never in the right situation to do it. I think the next nerf is with his snowball item though, so I don't really mind that.

Honestly I don't see how singed can be a good solo top. He's super squishy meta, AND does low dps. If it's a solo fight, I don't see how he could kill anyone. Now when you look at team comps, yes he can be a great addition, but solo que-ing and a low level, I can't carry with singed because my teammates suck. I'm going to buy olaf when I get the Ip.
More importantly, why is he starting NMM and 2 mana pots.
So you first ask for advice and then you are, "No i know it better".
Well your response is kind of asinine, when you offer advice it comes with the territory of someone disagreeing. I mean, did you type your message based on the assumption he would agree? Offering advice because someone asked for it does not deny there innate ability to disagree.

[editline]20th October 2012[/editline]
This build here: http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/singed-chemical-chaos-216057
Wait, now I diagnosed the problem.
I made a new acc so it's low level. I usually play with level 25-30. I'm saying I can't carry noobs that are my level (on the new acc) that turret dive, etc. With singed. [editline]20th October 2012[/editline] What build then?
First problem is being low level you're not going to have runes and masteries to help you out with being tankier, especially early game. Past that, you should never, ever follow a set build. That's a sure-fire way to make sure you can't handle any situation where a basic idea doesn't work. I can't play Singed for shit because of how passive he is, so I can't speak on how to build him. Ten RoA.
InvertedComposer. he is like 1800 elo. only plays singed and one other champ. http://www.solomid.net/guides.php?g=19669-invertedcomposer-singed-build-guide has a whole bunch of situational builds, plus one that's kinda the ultimate troll build.
So you first ask for advice and then you are, "No i know it better".
What? No, there's been lots of great advice so far, but rushing early game damage leaves him too squishy for those early and mid-game engagements. Cho' tends to get focused because of his size. I'm not spitting on your advice or anything, I'm just politely disagreeing with some of your suggestions, and explaining why I disagree.
More importantly, why is he starting NMM and 2 mana pots.
I start NMM and 2 mana pots for the same reason you might start armor and 5 health pots up top--Staying power. Cho'Gath's passive gives him a huge amount of sustain--combine that with some off-the-bat magic resist and you don't have to fear the enemy AP's early game harass. Cho is a melee champion, so reducing that harass allows him to stick to his farming more effectively and come out on top when poking. The mana potions are because Cho'Gath is very mana hungry, especially in the early game. Feral scream does quite a bit of damage, and its silence is great for fighting casters, but it really sucks down the juice, y'know? The reason I don't start boots is because Cho'Gath is huge and slow. Even with boots, he's going to be hit with almost all well-aimed skillshots. I upgrade to Mercury Treads on my first-back; the trick is surviving until then. With tank and sustain, it's a bit easier. This combo isn't the standard for most mids, but Cho'Gath is kind of a niche mid. He doesn't really belong in mid, as a primary AP champion, and building him like a standard mage leaves him in a very precarious state. He can harass, but in an all-out engagement he will not come out on top without some proper tank, and that ult to cut the enemy's lifebar down to size. Start off with some tank and build damage and mobility later in order to survive through your weakest point in the game, 1-6. That's my justification of it, anyway.
His movespeed is 320. He's faster than almost any AD carry in the game. Size != speed here, sorry.
If you are half decent at the game, even with cho's hitbox you are gone have more sustain out of boots then out of magic resist. And if you keep your farm up mana shouldn't be a problem.

How is cho in any way slow. [editline]20th October 2012[/editline] I swear InvertedComposer was like 2.6k or something?
I'm pretty sure olaf is better than Singed. Riven as well.
I'm pretty sure olaf is better than Singed. Riven as well.
Singed is the best champion. No questions.
^_^
I'm pretty sure olaf is better than Singed. Riven as well.
You're comparing three very different champions with very different play styles. Singed is the only one that can fit with any team comp. [editline]20th October 2012[/editline]
How is cho in any way slow. olaf is my waifu
