Second Cast: Dashes forward dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+) to 100/160/220/280/340 (+) physical damage and applying Denting Blows to all enemies hit (deals 75% damage to minions and monsters). Stops upon colliding with an enemy champion, knocking it back.
Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana
Range: 0
Cooldown: 19/16/13/10/7
Vi - [W] - Denting Blows
Every 3rd attack on the same target deals an additional 6/7/8/9/10% (+%) of the target's maximum health as physical damage, reduces its armor by 25% and grants you 30/35/40/45/50% attack speed for 4 seconds (max 300 damage vs. minions and monsters).
Cost:
Range: 750
Cooldown: 0/0/0/0/0
Vi - [E] - Excessive Force
Causes next basic attack to deal 5/20/35/50/65 (+) (+0.7) physical damage to the target and enemies behind it.
Vi charges a new punch every seconds and can hold 2 charges at once.
Cost: 60/60/60/60/60 Mana
Range: 0
Cooldown: 1/1/1/1/1
Vi - [R] - Assault and Battery
Targets an enemy champion and chases it down, knocking it up and suppressing it for 1.25 seconds. Deals 200/375/550 (+) physical damage and applies Denting Blows.
While charging you are immune to crowd control and will knock aside enemies in the way, dealing 75% damage to them.
Cost: 100/125/150 Mana
Range: 0
Cooldown: 130/105/80[/code]

Same shit as Vayne's, but her does true damage. This one is more team-oriented with the armor reduction.
And by a quick look, Vi doesn't have any way (exept maybe Fmallet) to stick onto her target for long time, so it balances itself.
She seems strong skirmisher, but teamfights might be a bit iffy, unless fed to hell. Vi solos targets 1 by 1 is the general idea of her skillset, thus simply bursting her 1st or CC'ing her should kill her quite fast.
So Homeguard enchant is pretty fun.

It also has something close to 0.2 bonus AD scaling, and it's not incredibly hard to build a frost item and / or have Nami support.
