literally every new champ in pbe are op until they tweak their numbers before release
Veigar's Q doesn't do +5 AP (max rank) for every minion kill, only champion kills? Both the wiki and the official LoL site say he only gets it on champion kill.

So i want to drop £20's worth of RP, for Rune pages, but i don't know weather to get 7 pages, though i definitely do not have enough rune etc to fill them all, or buy 2-3 then get the new support and maybe Arclight Varus
yorick is pretty boss and i mained him for a while but I feel like he's been overshadowed by other champions, I haven't played him lately or with the new items yet so I'll play him for a few games and see how I like him now

The funniest thing I've encountered since the patch is easily Nunu with Twin Shadows, Slowmageddon, no one can compete with the sheer amount of slows he puts out.
It also helps to wage psychological warfare throughout the game by slowing people and spamming laugh.
