black cleaver is applied with any physical damage not just autoattacks

Dealing physical damage to an enemy champion reduces their armor by 7.5% for 4 seconds. This effect stacks up to 4 times.
Rake applies the passive twice, BC was built for AD casters

second game as nami, one guy on our team soft locks/highlights ziggs on the lobby and another guy calls mid without selecting a champion
after arguing over ziggsguy not calling mid and whether or not he should get it we end up with brand and ap miss fortune duo mid
meanwhile on the other team their adc jayce d/c's at start and their jungle riven doesn't cover bottom
it became nami vs taric support battle until brand came and burned taric's tower down because he's a dick like that sometimes

All these stats (except the health and +25AD) are already on The Brutalizer
Now the passive on black Cleaver is great, except not so much on talon.
Because at the moment your target reaches 4 Stacks almost your whole burst is already over. Unless you have any kind of sustained damage (something that talon has non off) You shouldn't be buying a black cleaver.
Don't understand me wrong, there are a lot worse items you could buy on talon, and in certain team compositions applying lots of AOE Armor Pen isn't too much of a bad idea,
but black cleaver takes no priority over BT or LW, and should never be bought more then once.
