On a more serious note, Cleaver Corki is back, I don't care what people say, I couldn't find a way to justify building that coveted CDR on Corki until now. Also, boots aren't absolutely necessary but that should be obvious. You can start Doran's without your game being crippled massively if you fail to make a large impact with it.

The PBE servers are sucking right now because they didn't put a limit on the amount of people you need for a custom game.
EDIT: I know because I played vi earlier by myself.
We joined, claimed spots, and this one guy that takes forever to respond to anything, takes forever to load, says top while it's already claimed. He then feeds the enemy team, quits mid way, returns and starts saying "report my team, they are cheaters"
