I've got 10K IP, and I'm not sure who I want to buy. I prefer top/mid/jungle if it matters.
I'm so hyped for Vi but everyone I talk to seems to dislike her already for whatever reason.

It's impossible to have more than one muramana unfortunately. Might as well get two tears and make the other one into Seraph's Embrace. Gimmick Warwick.

It gives you a lot of regen in lane, plus you can buy a ward also. Flask is just an amazing item altogether. It's good mainly against people with low early magic damage, because you can just heal up right after harrass. Amazing on WW because it fixes some early mana problems and gives him even harder sustain.
Flask seems baller for top lane and mid lane. Maybe even AD carry in some circumstances. It's very cost efficient since you'll be using it a lot.
I think the real question is whether Muramana is even good on WW. Is it?
Also, debating on what champion to buy... I'm thinking Elise, but I could buy a large number of lesser-priced champions (like perhaps Lux + Xin Zhao.) Maybe something like Trundle or Jarvan... Irelia? Kha'Zix? Shaco or Darius for the shits n giggles?

Works quite fine but it's kind of a last item imo, it combos well with Seraph and his kit.

Her kit will just fuck shit up, her W stats are too high imo but she's not that op, a jax, irelia or lee could take her on I think.

Why is it good though?
Tied for AD with an unstacked BT, the splash is good, the active is good, 10% lifesteal and pretty nice regen.
It's actually a good item now.
