I just built the most retarded, and actually effective, build on TF. Sorcerers shoes, deathcap, void staff, DFG, malady, and runaan's hurricane. It was surprisingly effective since both my abilities and auto-attacks were so damaging... if I hit all 3 targets with my AA, I'd basically proc my E every other attack. Which is hilarious.
Then again it was a level 1 game, but it might work.
Huh, never knew that. Oh well.

Not the torment, since it isn't a very good item anyway and you only have one movement-impairing ability, and your combo doesn't give you time to let the burn be.
The new DFG is REALLY good on AP poppy, for obvious reasons.

Whenever it happens in my matches I just say screw it and pick a different role so there's less of a chance of them picking it anyway and now we're down a role. If it's two other people arguing about it I do agree with the pick order.

I did that with a Blitzcrank grab once. It was like half an hour in and I didn't have much ap, so my grab wasn't hitting for shit. I was thinking "well, if I can turn it into a 4v5 with them having Baron we'll be able to win the fight. "YOU'VE SLAIN BARON NASHOR"
My best baron steal was a Pantheon Man drop, followed by flashing over the wall and making a clean getaway.
