Your build is kinda bleh. Only 1 Rabadon's is necessary, another is a massive waste of gold. I also recommend Abyssal Scepter or Lich Bane over Athene's Holy Grail.
Good job nonetheless. Ziggs is one of the most fun champions in the game imo.
I actually really like Grail on Ziggs. It basically solves his mana issues, which is fantastic, although with the new tear I might consider that on him.
Grail is a fantastic item on any heavy mana using champion. It prevents you from getting crippled by a lack of blue buff.

If Viktor was in the game, annie couldn't use her ult.

Care to offer some examples of broken builds? I haven't come across anything that game breaking in any of my games since the patch.
5 Black Cleaver Pantheon.
5 black cleaver with anyone that does physical damage

It was a Wukong who had his hands on a black cleaver and a brutalizer and was destroying in teamfights. By the time he had built his second his Q was hitting for 1,000 damage. Thank god BC is getting nerfed.
decided to play draven for once tonight.
went 7 and 0, had a perfect game. the next one i went 9 & 0 again. no wonder its called league of draven.
Yeah, I read somewhere (I think here) that Draven is somewhat of a skill-based hypercarry, if that makes sense. He has all the tools needed to be an excellent ADC bar a better escape mechanism, so it really depends on the person playing him.
He has the hugest early-game damage what with his Q and his passive to chunk away at the enemy ADC. Great with aggressive supports like Leona.
Draven with 3 axes ready and Taric is first blood. and i love it.

I just tried this, and it didn't seem to work very well.
You don't get a lot of base damage in the early game, you get very little sustain and you don't have any attack speed really. You guys sure this is broken?
Who needs sustain when you hit for a thousand damage.
