Five black clevers is only +1250 health, +250 AD, +50% CD reduction (40% effective), and +75 armor pen (which is pretty good and all + the passive). Unless your base ability is doing 750 damage + the AD from five black clevers with a 1:1 AD ratio, you're not going to be hitting for 1000 damage.
Honestly, you have no attack speed, lifesteal, critical chance or movement speed; it makes it pretty much useless.

Attack speed, lifesteal, and Crit chance are irrelevant when it's mostly supposed to be abused on AD Casters. Abilities don't run on any of those, but they use every single part of black cleaver to the maximum effect. I've seen a Panth chunk out of the enemy team's health lategame with one Heartseeker strike, and he only had 2 cleavers. They're deadlier than you would imagine.

Yeah it's great on Ez. The best thing is that when you combine it with Tri-Force, you actually have a fair bit of health. A lot of the time I'm ending up being the second tankiest champ on the team while still building the typical 'glass cannon' ADC all damage build :v:

When my Q spear does almost 800 damage with tons of pen, and your E does around 1000 damage with almost true damage, you know it's broken.
It's not that Black Cleaver itself is bad, it's just its passive is not unique, so having 2-3 pretty much nullifies armor, and making armor items less useful and more expensive...

2-3 is probably best because you can factor in a bloodthirster or two in there right?
I've never seen someone stack 5 straight BCs, always 2-3 with some flat AD like BT, yeah. Since armor pen is generally useless without AD to back it up.

Just got a pentakill with muramana ryze. It was a pretty even game but once I got a muramana everyone just fucking dropped dead it was amazing.

It's really powerful as fuck. I think it was procing on my E too which is weird but I'm not sure so whatever but by the time you farm it up and everything you should have around 2-4k mana depending on what items you had. I had a RoA, Manamura, sorc boots, and glacial shroud.
It also works on Syndra which makes her ult really fucking powerful since each individual ball counts as a single target.

it's dumb that he thinks honour is any indicator to player performance, that doesn't mean the system isn't broken, even if it is he's still stupid for thinking that a little badge for get for getting X number of honours means anything. you should know that even players with thousands of wins can do dumb shit like that, honour is just another number and you are inevitably going to get one of the ribbons after playing enough.
