My opinion about ziggs' builds:

He's so fucking mana hungry in lane, and with a good mana sustain, you'll bully anyone out of lane.
So
Option a: Chalice
Option b: RoA + Permablue
Option C: Tear
Option a is quite good, but gives you no armor or health, and when the laning phase ends this will be quite bad. If you go for the Athene path, you'll need rylai's or roa later.
Option b is good, but you'll be fucked in-between blues, forces your jungler to give you all of them after the first, and screws you over if your team gets invaded and loses it. I usually go for this, unless I don't trust my team at all. Adittionaly, buy a ward, put it at their blue, and ult-steal it from lane while their mid gets it, and you still farm. Then play safe until you get your ult again.
Option c is good too, but I know you guys hate tear. I'd go tear + roa. This is the best option when your jungler is getting ass-raped.
So:
Good laning: Chalice, athene, rabaddon, rylai...
Good jungle: RoA, Rabaddon...
Screwed jungle: Tear, RoA
After those, you'll do better going for straight damage. You have great range, if you learn to land max-range q's, and your e's and w's can save you from almost anything. Just remember to only use satchel charge offensively when you are pretty safe and only need to secure a kill.
So: Void, rabaddon, liandry's, roa, boots + situational or something similar
Other things:
Boots: Mpen. Why would you even want something else?
Spellvamp: All of your damage is AoE. Big no.
Cdr: Useful in laning phase, to spam ults to other lanes. Not the best buy, but it's always nice. Just remember you'll need the mana to actually use it.
zhonya's: Good if you are getting focused a lot and/or they have great divers, a fed Irelia, Nocturne...
Go blow things up with Ziggs, I'm quite sure he's secret OP.
are any of the new items worth picking up on Lux? Twin's Shadow looks pretty awesome, and also I like getting a kage's early.
Twin Shadows makes landing skillshots really easy, her ult included so I don't think it'd be a bad buy. It's disgusting on Cho'Gath. Also I just had an amazing game with Renekton.
Vlad and Hecarim invaded our jungle with half health early on, and Zed came in later. Vlad got First Blood, but I got a Triple kill. Game was over at that point, really.

Just had a Cait and a Vlad pretty much feed the entire team, The Cait says they are a newbie and the Vlad didn't talk at all and just continued to get killed by the Teemo. I cant tell if they are either fool's or troll's.
I don't know about you, but common sense tells me not to keep running at the enemy even after said enemy has killed you a few times. If the Cait is a newbie, hopefully this should be a learning experience.

Tried out the Tribunal today thinking i would get like 500+ IP for judging lots of people.
Later figured out that it was only 5 IP per correct case.
I think they removed the IP reward completely, because you shouldn't be doing this for the rewards but for making League of Legends a better game/community

It's faster to just play the game to get IP.
I certainly hope you're not just rushing through Tribunal Cases to get some IP out of it because that's stupid as fuck and you might punish someone who doesn't deserve it.

Nah, I'm not rushing, i look over the texts fairly much.
Have to remember that the majority decides in the Tribunal, so even if i make a bad decision based on my opinion, it's highly unlikely that it'll get accepted unless the rest of the community agrees with me.
How is maokai even viable as anything at all? Squishiest tank ever, always get insta-melted + no escapes. I mean yes i suck horribly with him, but i think anyone who plays him would notice him being a "squishy tank"
