Are you high? They moved the regen on it to the Warmog's.
Sejuani is seriously good in new jungle. Yeah, first clear is still shit, but she ramps up disgustingly fast afterwards. You don't have to Q+W+E into all the camps anymore, so you save a tonne of mana and you don't take nearly as much damage anymore, either. Season 3 itemization for jungle also favours her heavily - You can grab Ganking Boots (Or even Boots 3 sometimes) and still get tenacity from that . . . one Spirit Stone item thingy, plus the health stacks on her W.
Just press W and farm all day if nothing is going on. You can even counter-jungle pretty decently with Q+W+E which almost insta-clears Wraiths and Wolves, but you're still meat if the enemy jungler finds you.
That buff was so good to her.

He doesn't have massive damage while jungling, but has a lot indirectly. He's a ganking machine.

Yeah, but they nerfed it (1.75% to 1.5%) and they didn't take over its flat regen of 40 hp/5.
If I got farmed properly I could reach 40 hp/s but now I'm lucky to get half that.

Yeah but now Warmog's having that passive gives it more hp5 from the passive itself. It makes up for the fact that FoN was its own item with no health, whereas now an item with the MOST HEALTH IN THE GAME gets the regen passive.

Well yeah you don't want people to be in it for the IP, look at what happens to politicians. Getting lots of IP would decrease your ability to judge as you'd go fast over every case.

Build trinity next and then buy boots, you don't need boots at all for ages.
After that keep GP5's and farm farm farm and maybe even kill people. Get assists from different lanes with your ulti.
Your 6th slot get infinity edge.
After that when you have enough gold, start swapping out your GP5's for full items, don't buy half items.
I've had so many games where i've ended up with 5k gold and then sold 2 GP5's and got crit items and enemy team don't understand the damage you do. Easy as piss
