for some reason a lot of people decide to stop playing a champ after a nerf, regardless of how weak/strong the nerf actually was
The Diana nerf just chipped some damage off her Q and reduced her range, I think she'll definitely still be a strong pick after the nerfs.
Rengar is getting buttfucked because the reason he was OP (in my opinion, most kids dont play him this way) is because you can hop on people with 4 ferocity and double cast your W, bursting the fuck out of them while healing yourself. Ridiculous early game burst, kill/zone your enemy hard and use your Q to knock turrets really quick, and if you're caught in any bad situation you can just use your ult to escape. Haven't lost lane once as Rengar.

His burst is getting nerfed significantly, his sustain is taking a beating, and his ult is getting kicked in the gut, especially when you use it for escape purposes.
Either way, they are getting nerfed for a reason; they will still be a strong pick, just not overpowered.

Sunfire cape + max W - nobody throws you out of lane and you STILL do a lot of damage.
