Xin Zhao bot is good in general, just supporting with him is kinda powerful. Before Rengar was nerfed he was a great laning partner - getting someone with high burst or CC would be good for him though.
For ADC's, I could just imagine someone like Graves synergizing well well him.
Although laning with a Blitz is always good to pull them back into the fight, if you chain the knockup on your Xin Q and his Blitz E they'll never do anything about it.
Nunu could be good with Xin Zhao bot. AS boost, slows the enemy down, and has built in sustain and non-negligible damage.

I think the absolutely worst team I have ever fought was a MF + Nunu bot, Amumu jungle, Galio top and Morgana mid.
