Anyone know when the Snowdown skins will become available? Picked up 1800 RP for the Kat skin but I'm finding it hard to resist the urge to blow half of it on Arclight Varus instead..
so i tried readding the friend i wanted to give a skin to when my friends list wasn't showing up.
as it turns out, that deleted him from my list when it did reappear, so now i can't gift him anything at all! happy holidays indeed.

I don't think so I just had £9 laying around so I picked up 1800, but if I get Arclight + Kat it'll run me for 1950 assuming Kat is also 975.

I wouldn't get the kat one anyway. The recall is so bad, which was the only selling point anyway.

Although it's not going to keep me from playing the game, I agree that Rengar is getting hit with nerfs too hard. He was pretty fine before this one. Now he has literally no burst and no natural sustain, even with items, other AD off-tanks will be able to outplay him no matter what because he doesn't have that bursty sustain and threw fights to his advantage.
I understand completely that he was overpowered when he was released, and that he NEEDED to be nerfed. But they just overdid it. There's really no reason to play him now because he no longer provides anything he's supposed to give the player.
Really disappointing because he's the first real AD off-tank I played regularly.

He was my main for the entire free week, then every single week after that. Got tired of him for a little while when I stopped playing for a week or so, and came back to him being OK, not OP as all fuck, but still good and very fun.
Now he's nothing. He quite literally lost every single advantage that made him a good top and, while his damage is still OK, he no longer has any massive burst healing or that decisive, teamfight winning stealth. It's fucking stupid.
I'm just gonna sit around and hope they buff him back to normal status again.
I'll still be playing some, though, mostly as Darius or Kha, but they aren't nearly as fun as Mr. Jumpy Cat.

I've been playing a lot of Elise top. Her skill cap is super high and she's a lot of fun. Build Liandry's Torment quickly and max your Q first and your lane opponent will never have more than half health.
She's also fucking ridiculous against melee bruisers/HP tanks. She can win a lane against Garen without actually getting hit once thanks to her surprisingly awesome stun.

once you hear the SHWING just E, Q, and run away. Play skittishly. Once they have a single bar of health left just spider, drop in, and eat them.
also, Elise's transform stacks Tear of the Goddess. It's not a great item on her, but you can stack it for free every 4 seconds so there might be something awesome you can do with that.

The only reason he was OP is because his early game damage was very frontloaded and people fed him.
Naturally, that just means he's a pubstomper, and not really OP.
