That's nice and all, but the only relevance that has was the MR and Armor his W gave him. Which I was ok with them nerfing, but the heal should've stayed the same. Any other sort of tankyness he gets comes down to how you build him, which applies to every champion in the game. You can build Kha'zix as an off-tank and do amazingly well, and you don't see him getting beaten down with the nerf stick.
Let's just say that our opponents were amazed and they thought we were all Riot Employees :v:

Fiddlesticks is pretty scary when he has a few kills under his belt and can nail his Crowstorms at the right place at the right time. Very nasty stuff.

Absolutely, top tier burst is devastating early game. Ganking at level 2 isn't hard if you poke enough.
