Warwick, Fiddlesticks and probably a few others. Actually, most can jungle without runes, it's just that Warwick and Fiddles have a real safe jungle clear.

This is the worst thing about losing ranked really.

I play NA and I've got like 30 odd people on my friends list, about half of that is random add's who on speak Spanish. (I've got a little spanish so we get by) lol
