sorc shoes, chalise into athene's, rabadons, lich bane, void staff, zhonya's, archangels, twin shadows are all decent items for ziggs, just see what you need most in your game.

So it's still a mystery how to get the Nashor icon?
In Garena SEA LoL the patches are delayed like 1-2 weeks and we get different specials and stuff, like how every summoner got Judgement Kayle when the Garena LoL Facebook page got 100k likes recently and other similar stuff so our criteria for the icons are as follows:

For our Christmas event we have 2, one is a daily lucky draw that you are eligible for if you stay on the LoL client for at least 3 hours the day before and the prizes are as such (we also got this for Halloween):

The IP boosts are fairly easy to get but the 100 IP is still the most common, I've never gotten any of the skins before, but I have a friend who did during Halloween which was Frankentibbers Annie.
The other event just requires you to play a game every day in order to claim an apple for that day, up to 31 apples (each day of December), prizes are as follows:

Yes and no.
He has the most consistent and reliable ganks because of his long-range snare. I max it first in the jungle, so whenever I hit level 6-7 I'm snaring for two seconds. Compare that to other junglers who either lack a gapcloser (or rely on their ult, Shyv&Noct), or lack CC (Mundo, Skarner, Eve, Warwick, etc).
He has very little damage output aside from his ult, though. Lee Sin, Jax, Riven, Shyvana, Nocturne, all have much higher damage output than he does.

I suppose. His W has nice damage in and of itself, but the other options significantly reduce his ganking ability. I'd take the extra second on the snare over an increased slow% or raw damage.

That depends on your lane partners. I prefer maxing his sapling first and knockback second for faster clears.
A longer snare ain't shit if you aren't ganking often.
Ok so if you max out W you get a few more milliseconds out of your snare but by doing that you're crippling your jungle speed
Not to mention W into Q pretty much CCs them the same duration if not a little bit less.

Like I said it's about what you want out of it. I don't jungle Mao so I can farm, I jungle so I can get a philo stone, boots of mobility, and then make every lane fear me for the next 12 minutes.

Suit yourself but maxing out W isn't optimal.

Max level is like when you're lvl9+, which is when you should have a few items and maybe contesting Dragon

I don't think the enemy lane people will fear a jungle Maokai who's level 5 15 minutes into the game
W: 220-80 = 140 damage difference b/w base and max
Q: 250-70 = 180 damage difference b/w base and max
Q has more than twice the slow at max rank compared to base, AND it has a 6 second CD, allowing its usage more than once in a gank perhaps
and you dont get fucked over in the jungle
so no dont even try

I do amazing, go 6-1 in laning, but our Ez (like most Ez's) is a whiny bitch and constantly cries about how we're all shit and virgins and such. Game falls apart, our Ez and Taric afk, leaving me Warwick and Darius to fight our foes, including the zyra mid I had been owning who cried about her team not helping her

With Maokai you start E>Q>W, then max Q for shorter cooldown and increased slow duration, then W and finally E. Never fails for me.
Well I came back to maokai now the jungle is different and im having varying degrees of success, anyone mid telling me what I could buy differently?

Well, I usually max E first, since it has the most damage IMO, whereas Q gets maxed second, and the root is simply gapclosing utility.
