Arpen reds, ms quints, armor seals all madnatory glyphs have some choice between MR or MR/level
Start with machete/5 pots
then
soulstone
boots
sheen
t2 boots (swiftness if they have lods e slows)
frozen fist if you have default skin, trinity if you have headless but for the love of god don't get frozen fist if you have headless hecarim it looks so terrible
then glacial shroud
any of the soulstone upgrades benefits you, really, but the best if you are ahead is spirit of the lizard elder
so now you have boots, sheen upgrade, soulstone upgrade, and shroud
then depending on how the game's going you can turn shroud into frozen heart, get bloodthirster, warmogs, randuin's, spirit visage, basically tanky because trinity and spirit of the lizard elder gives you so much damage you rarely need more
Elder Lizard really helps Hec early game imo, his Q, E and autos also wreck with it.

What does loss prevented mean? I don't think anyone abandoned that game.
Abandons don't prevent loss, it's when their servers are acting up so they just blanket prevent losses because it could have been due to serverside lag.
Yeah I thought maybe they actually made it so that losses/wins don't count if abandons happen. Since Riot is on a roll with the free RP for buying old legendary skins and whatnot.
