Riot handle the game as if it's for 10 year olds imo
I mean, it's harder to get banned on Runescape for flaming than it is on LoL. They need to calm down and stop being so harsh

Though to be fair i'm the most manner as fuck player now.

riot dont ban people for flaming, the 'mass punish' mentality of the tribunal basically means 99.99% of cases that go there will end up punished

ONE game and you get banned? No. Sure, a warning I can believe, but banned solely on ONE game, no.
I think it's the Tribunal that bans too easily. If someone has 5 reports in 5 games and in 1 game the person flames a bit (as did the rest of his team), I'd pardon them, but it usually results in a ban. I get way too many 5 games/5 reports cases where only one or two actually contain an offence.
I've yet to receive any warning/ban in all my games so far, not so hard.

Well not riot, but more, the tribunal bans too easy. Also I think most people don't even read the chat or scores
People who get banned deserve to get banned. That's about it.
The fact that people bitch about bans makes it pretty obvious you deserve to get banned IMO. If you get accidentally banned yes it sucks, but a guy who genuinely got accidentally banned wont be bitching and moaning about it but will take it on the chin and at least attempt to understand and contact support; Not bitch on an online forum.

The issue with the Tribunal is that it just doesn't give enough information to players. It's pretty retarded to have a system that you can review games without, you know. [I]actual fucking replays.[/I] You can convoy quite a lot in game by just the body language of the champs, on chat log, for example, a riven could look like an idea player, yet in game he/she could be doing something cuntish like just waiting for her ally to die before jumping in.
Not to mention the Tribunal is a big Perpatrator for the negative attitude in the game in the first place, and a direct step back from the "trying to get the community nice" thing they've got going on.
Suddenly servers don't respond. Game not starting. wtf?
The lack of any official replay system is absurd as it is. Dota 2 has it and it's not even out.

It's not viable to store all replays. I do think that the champion select chat should be included. Oh and I don't know if highlighting the text of the offender is a good idea, as you scan over the chat log, looking for purple text. It only highlights the summoner, when the other team mates can be just as bad.
