There's no official news on it but I think there's a third party program you can use to change it.
Enigma item changer allows you to adjust recommended builds to custom items, it's even better with this new shop.

32bit, i've had this running problem with Java, I've probably clean uninstalled it from my system about 3 times, reinstalled different variations a bunch of times, but I still can't run Java-Based programs that aren't in-browser without my computer going into cardiac arrest.

Ezreal was 7/0 early game (Even got a quadra kill) but we eventually won because 400 armor and Syndra's damage was insane.
All she had to do was catch Ezreal out with her Q -> E stun and then ult.
Decided to buy Ezreal instead of Olaf.
This guy is so much fun, especially with his ult.
Killed like 3 people that were running back to base just with his ult.
Has anyone worked out how much ap/ad ez would need to be about to deal >1000 damage to baron/dragon to beat the new smite?

assuming no penetration and that it doesnt hit anything else before baron (which if it did would increase the damage needed), about 1167 AP or 1050 bonus AD

You can't normally even see who your opponents are, let alone their stats. Your post is complete rubbish.
You can look up their summoner name and manually see what champions they play the most on LoLKing.. as well as their win/lose ratios. That addon/hack/whatever just makes it easier. That's all I was saying, so why the hostility? :/
