No you can't. With that tool, you could see what they play most, and ban it out, you could work out whether their Lux is supporting or mid, all sorts of things that give you an advantage that it would be impossible to do otherwise. You're talking utter rot.

In reality for AP it isn't nearly as much tho.
Haunting Guise and Sorceress and Magic Pen marks put you at like ~38 magic pen.
Since you are ezreal you should have your voidstaff rather early, in combination with the magic pen masteries, it gives you about 40% magic pen.
Puts baron at ~4 magic resist.
1040 Active HP, Makes you need about 400AP (Without a voidstaff its about 670 AP)
However the jungler has a very heavy advantage with his smite, it being instant and all.

See it's at that point where you can either sack up and attempt to make it work, or just go teemo and be a mobile ward and stealth up at buffs just to steal them.
i wish league had a built in voice chat with your team.
i find it hard for me to play anything other than premades because we're all in vent and it's so much easier and better to be able to communicate with your team instantly instead of typing imo
Played my first match in months after reinstalling LoL, damn they changed a lot, didn't they? I last played when....I think when Riven came out.

I hate premade bot. They never participate in champ swap and i was once forced to first pick top because of that.
I am yet to see a premade bot that doesn't lose its lane.
On the other note, i just played [I]funny[/I] ranked match. I played support as usually, and rest of the team was afker and 3 other wouldnt speak english.
Only english i got was Fiddle complaining about my items for Sona, and how i don't have wards in 100 places he wants to facecheck.

I was way ahead and it's not like they had any real cc to speak of.
I wouldn't do it regularly, but I was ahead, so I pressed my advantage instead of buying defensive boots that would've been a waste for the most part.

Anyone else think it's really, REALLY stupid when people burn flash trying to get a last hit on a champion?
I'm not talking when they'd get away, I mean when death is unavoidable. Someone with a blink/dash-attack is chasing them, they're going to die to ignite or damage over time, they're running right into another ally... And someone burns flash to whack 'em.

I'm kinda glad we don't have vc in-game. With the sheer amount of trolling that goes on in this game I don't want to imagine what it would be like if I could hear the voices/sounds of "people."

A good voicechat system would also have a local mute button.
My friend's brother is 10 or 11 years old and he plays LoL.
Besides him, there are like 5 more in his class.
Of course, their normal elo is probably below average, but I still don't think VC is a good idea.

what am i supposed to do as lategame AP teemo? Even with a guardian's angel+rylai's I get popped wayyy too fast to be able to do shit ..
I just had a beginner bots game, 3v3. I thought it'd be the easiest way to get my last 29 IP needed for Miss Fortune. How wrong I was.
I had myself (Vi), a Jax, and a Twitch.
Jax went 23/3/9, then quit.
Twitch never bought any items and fed like crazy overall, only auto attacking anyone who got near him. (He was level 29.)
And well, I couldn't 1v3.
I haven't lost a beginner bots game that bad, or at all even, since I started.

As far as I understand it, late-game AP Teemo is best for map control, what with the ridiculous amount of shrooms you should have everywhere. Other than that, I suppose the best thing to do is blind their ADC and try to hit as many people as possible with your poison.

I think League would do well with a voice-chat system as long as it was opt-in instead of opt-out.
