Vi is interesting. She's a potential melee hyper-carry, what with her W, but I hear it's hard to itemize to fulfill that particular role.
I just played Teemo, and although I feel dirty I can say that holy shit Malady + Hurricane is a good combo on him. If you have the spellsword mastery, that is, what, 50% (.30 from E, .15 from Malady, .05 from Spellsword) of your AP damage on his autoattacks that can hit 3 different people at the same time, plus his base AD damage? And then there is your DoT and shrooms, and then a Liandry's Torment which can add even more DoT. I mean, yeah, you're squishy as hell but if you don't get focused... hot damn.

I think she's just a burst version of Cass, everyone was saying how Cass was crap and stuff with no way to lock onto opponents but she became FOTM anyway. I always harass using Syndra's spheres quite effectively while laning (similar to how Cass harasses) and she has a nice slow plus better stun IMO. So don't let the 'skill-cap' turn you off from playing Syndra

plus the tank stats for teamfights super godmode if he gets mercurial scimitar that's a decent tank build that leaves room for IE PD BT mercs

Just had a game, i was mid as Ziggs, holding my own against a Kass fairly well (and even ended the game with the most farm and did the most damage in teamfights)
Our top DCed, and our bot was running a troll game and both intentionally died to baron, then sat and danced on the summoner platform afterwards.

Anybody know how i can maximize the damage on Trueshot Barrage?
It's like, it takes 30% of the enemy's hp at early game, but at late game, it barely even takes 10%.
Do i need more armor penetration or AD?

trueshot barrage deals magic damage, getting the 10% mpen mastery helps a lot for late game

ive always had a dilemma whether to get crit dmg + as on crit or ap/lvl + mpen on ezreal

it's just useful for snagging those guys running away on very low hp or maybe stealing baron, no good for damage unless against super squish team
