why would you get RoA after chalice and deathcap, you'd probably have enough for it like 25-30 min into the game

if you build roa or tear they MUST be your first items otherwise you lose too much time

Tank garen is worst garen. I don't know why people choose him over an actual tank with decent CC.

I disagree.
Just as an example, I often play Viktor mid. Red augment is my first buy obviously because Viktor still needs a rework, but almost all of my purchases are situational:
-Deathfire Grasp if the enemy team is tanky (which is nice to build into because an early book is good on Viktor)
-Deathcap is typically a third item but is no longer even necessary because of the AP buff for the other two large rod items
-I've actually built a few Morellonomicons against Swains/Vlads and they are actually viable early game now (should still build into a better lategame item IMO)
-Hourglass is a decent first buy against AD mids now thanks to it's AP buff

Just like most every AD carry must build IE PD Zerkers BT GA
There's not really a ton of variety in builds overall, you can try other things and different build orders but in most cases the meta dictates that you must build XYZ in this order.
Where can I find the last patch notes or the upcoming ones? With the Rengar buffs etc

there are only some AD carries where say runaan's is viable, and those are still that carry's standard build

Against katarina or fizz they have healing reduction so max your E second because lol 3 second silence
For build really the only madnatory items are rylai's and tear
if you aren't getting blue buffs get a chalice too

Is Liandry's good on Soraka? Seems like it would work really well with the additional mpen+cooldown+constant E harass, especially after you've built Rylai's
It's ridiculously good considering that you can keep it on them 24/7 with your Q.

Already tried it like 4 times and in all 4 games I won. 3 times top, once mid(I think top is better because your opponent is usually melee and you can bring down their MR with no problem if they're tanky).
Besides Torment and Rylai's, I bought Lucidity(considering your heals don't need mpen, it seems better), Abyssal and deathcap.
Starcall falls off later in the game hard, but it still deals hilariously high amount of damage considering you can hit all 5 enemies every 2 seconds.
I don't even have to tell you how strong her heals get and how gamewinning her ult becomes.
