But how can you stay entertained? After about 5 matches you must know how the AI works and can easily win every game.

Yeah but 3000 games against bots is actually a waste of time and they're still only going 15/7 after that many games
The only thing I can think of is that it's a little brother or something playing all those games, that's really the only reason I could see someone having that many games against bots and still not completely crushing them

I'm designing a concept for a champ ( for fun ) but I can't think of any good puns and voice lines for him.
They should be based around electricity.

Anyways, here's some minor details on the champ:
Vozniak, *title pending*
Lore: *pending*
[B]Abilites:[/B]
Passive, Soul conductor: Vozniak uses his orb to store the power of enemies slain, granting Shock bolt extra damage and Hypercharge enchanced movement speed.
[Q] Shock bolt: Voznaik fires a bigger bolt from his orb dealing damage to a target and marking it with electrified. Any other attacks will consume the electrified stack and will slow the targets movement speed and attack damage.
[W] Hypercharge: Vozniak charges himself with power from his orb, granting him bonus movement speed and extra magic res and armor. In addition he gains a shield, that will be broken on any attack and stunning the attacking target for a duration.
[E] Electro-pulse: Vozniak sends out a electrical discharge in a circle around him, dealing damage to targets within a certain radius. Targets further away from Vozniak take more damage.
[R] Overload: Vozniak overloads his orb and himself and gains bonus ability power and cooldown reduction. In addition he conducts electrical discharges that seek out enemy champions and damages them while they are in a certain range of him.

Also regarding my champ design, he is designed to be a AP carry, but I felt that he could be catched easily so I gave him the stun shield for escape. Is the shield too god?

If you're trying to make it an agile, assassin like champion I'd say take away the shield and give him some sort of blink.
I was thinking about leaving a mark on the field / champion / minion where your Q hit and then giving his E the ability to blink towards it, just like electricity transports to one point to another.
On champion kill you could reset the cooldown on the ability.

Armor and MR resist seems OK. Movement speed is not really needed because it's aready a good initiate / escape mechanism.
Should electrify stun apply with hypercharge too?

now i'm even more depressed about my elo
its not my fault i started playing ranked when i was at like 300-400 normal wins and i fell into <1000 elo ;_; at least i've managed to climb to 1100
