He's like a worse version of Talon.
His winrate is 45% or something which is pretty bad.
I have a feeling Zed might actually be pretty good. He was picked in some Korean tournament and I hear some pros are starting to utilize him.

Probably at least 300 normal wins I reckon (So you at least have some experience)
There really aren't any set in stone indicators since the placement elo system is pretty broken.

Considering he can burst down most champions in mid game and that he has a really good escape, I'd say he's a pretty good champ.

There was a guy who made a terrible gank once and then proceeded to go "You want to know why nobody plays with you? Because you're fucking shit, that's why" and continued the whole match to run into the enemy base.
He ended up 0/42 something. Good times.
