The items wouldn't fit very well in Summoner's Rift. Imagine the two Deathcap items on the same AP carry.

Obviously items made to be fast paced replacements for other items wouldn't make sense but unique items like pillager would.

Actually the AP % increase only works once anyway, it'd be cool to have both deathcaps, giving casters a choice between the extra AP or the movement speed.
I'm actually a bit disappointed that there are no new Summoner's Rift items. I thought Riot was going to do something about the generic Infinity Edge + Phantom Dancer + Blood Thirster + Last Whisperer build on AD carries

The AD Caster item would fit perfectly fine in Summoner's Rift.
It would give more offensive top lanes something to build besides a Randuin's Omen.

First at 20 honour, then at 54 honour, never been punished by the tribunal and have consistently been getting honour
what the fuck i have 65 teamwork ratings and no ribbon
Apparently you can lose the honor ribbon if you don't keep getting consistently honored. So the second time you just re-earned it.

Max W -> Bait enemy in to fight -> W enemy -> Laugh and kill him.
Before people found out that leveling W is pretty fucking useful, ezreal used to be considered the weakest AD carry and completely outclassed by every single other ad carry.

I guess so, I just don't really get how I was getting honoured less consistently as I almost always seem to get at least 1 honourable opponent, in fact I think I got more consistently honoured after getting the ribbon the first time
Also has anyone figured out what the requirements are for the teamwork ribbon? I'm assuming it involves consistently giving out honour as well as recieving it as I don't really bother with honouring people but have 50 teamwork honours now
Finally got Ahri, she's fucking amazing. I've never played a mid champion who roams more effectively.

It should be the same as the honor ribbon. Only when you queue with a party the party members teamwork rating won't count.
