A lot of people have been having extreme FPS drops during Karthus' ult and Kat's ult apparently.

I've never really gave a crap about the lore but I don't mind hearing it if the champion tells me the lore themselves, hope they do this for all the new champions

Also gives you something to listen to while waiting in the login queue

Viktor is pretty fun to play.
However, I think getting Augment: Power is MUCH better than Death since it gives you more mobility and your burst is already high enough imo.

Your shield also only has a 0.05 less ap ratio than the beam with half the cooldown and mana cost and a higher base damage

People still max beam and buy death though because they really need to stop the evils of the caster minions in a single blow
