I would argue that he has a really bad clear, and that Khazix is better in the jungle than in lane, because of how mana hungry he is. it's insane how often he runs oom.

Rengar jungle is good. His ganks are amazing and he can duel other junglers pretty well too. His clears are pretty meh though.
Rengar jungle is very solid, his sustain only comes up once every other camp which sucks. Decent clear speed and decent ganks at level 3+. Course, now that Riot have over-nerfed him he's largely unreliable.
rengar got nerfed? i thought he was underpowered
i thought his alternative resource mechanic was largely clunky compared to kha'zix's mana
just my preference though, I've seen some solid rengars

He started out poor, then he was OP, then he was a strong ping, now he's underpowered. I really like his Ferocity mechanic, it's very unique and I'm sad they didn't do something special for Kha in a similar manner.

The attack animation is coded in the game itself, the animators just animate along that time.
So no, but the way he swings around makes it feel slower.

His clear time is eh, he's VERY susceptible to counterjungling, he can't gank pre-6.

Because if the champion was bad then it wouldn't be possible to get that high in elo by just playing that champion
It didn't come down to his skill either as when Warwick became FotM and everyone was banning him, gamers dropped all the way to like 1700 because he was shit at everything else, then people stopped banning him and he shot straight back up to 2300

AD steroid is good, i'll give you that.
But her E's problem is that if you get CC'd while you're using it, or if the enemy target moves even a bit faster than you it's pretty useless.
Also her lack of CC makes that problem worse.
