i just got 30 and started doing ranked
and it always seems like in solo queue, my team is filled with retards, and the enemy team are the rising stars of Leagues.
No offense but you aren't exactly helping by immediately jumping into ranked after hitting lvl30...
I don't even know when I should start doing ranked at 30, I guess I'm going to keep grinding normals until I have a champ mastered for each role and a full page for each champ.
It really doesn't matter if someone instantly starts with ranked, it's only a week until the resets.
It really doesn't matter if someone instantly starts with ranked, it's only a week until the resets.
Katsuie carry me to gold from 952
or 1282 in ranked 3s. where our team is currently at that.
Swain shits on Vlad though
well he fed despite that
don't ever play any supports except for nunu in TT
or AD carries for that matter
[editline]28th October 2012[/editline]
recommended heros for 3v3:
physical: xin, darius, yorick, olaf, master yi (build him properly tanky), urgot, trondomere, AD sion (oh god this guy is op as shit in 3v3, irelia, renekton, rengar, mundo and jax and jayce (not really fully physical though)
magic: rumble, swain, singed, kat (idk about this), diana, morde, fatass
[editline]28th October 2012[/editline]
3v3 is all about damage and surviving the hell out of it
CC becomes an afterthought, since all the bruisers just shrug it off, and if you introduce AD carries, they're useless for 20 minutes, and after that time, they basically can get instagibbed by 3 bruisers
3v3 is also about roaming and three man ganks, which AD carries can't do very well
I think Twitch is an exception on that ad carry statement .

and 2 more similar games (35/5 on one)
Just because of those ganks.
Its either twitch being good on 3v3 or its me playing againts horrible (if someone is horrible for me , they are really horrible) people.
Jungle Elise, I've heard, is actually pretty good. She needs a leash/help for her first clear but after that she picks up large amounts of speed, and her W in spider-form is great sustain once you get it above level 1. Her ganks are also good, what with her incredibly long-ranged stun and out-of-fucking-nowhere gapcloser. Stonewall recently did a teambattle with her and he seems to like her a whole lot.
oh wow. So I played SR normal draft and got this 3 man premade. After awhile me Flubadoo and mmhmrhmrhmrm play Twisted Treeline and I get the premade again.
What are the chances, lol.

reported flubadoo for stealing kills from the carry gg elo hell
hue carried ashxu to victory
[editline]28th October 2012[/editline]
this ashxu and mmrnrmrhrmrn guy
steal all my kills and make me sad
[editline]28th October 2012[/editline]
and my mlg strats carried them
Double Dorans Shield is really good on Darius (Maybe other bruisers too) on TT.
So much early game tankiness. 240HP + 20 Armor + 16 hp5.
Double Dorans Blade only gives like 160HP + 20AD and 6% (The Lifesteal is close to useless though)
i would go doran's shields too
but damage > everything
i would go doran's shields too

idk, I used to go double dorans blades -> brut but it doesn't give enough survivability. The first few TT games I played I got shit on by tanky champions who win by war of attrition. I like it on Darius because he has good bases + slam dunk.
KILLS ARE MOST IMPORTANT, YOU SILLY SCRUBAGOOSE
[editline]28th October 2012[/editline]
fuckin ninjas an pagekings an shit
i just realized lee sin is in every ranked game
Katsuie carry me to gold from 952

Hell, I'd be up for Ranked 5s if we could get enough people. Last time I tried it with a couple of random friends and it wasn't that hard.
holy shit this was the best ranked 3v3 team we've come across, game was hard
they knew our camp top strat, so we had a 1v1 fight and shyvana got a few kills from that and an obscenely fast frozen mallet
they basically roamed as 3 (they literally didn't lane) while still getting levels and gold
we fought them out of our base twice
we were so far behind when they came stomping on our nexus, but nunu's ult slowed them enough, and me and sion managed to slap their shit and then me and nunu drove through their base while sion defended against super minions
holy shit

1) How the hell do I play Rumble?
2) How the fuck do you actually counter Teemo?
The enemy jungler locked Cho, and Lolcounter listed Rumble as a counter to Teemo, so I figured, "hey, this'd be a good opportunity to learn a new champion."
He just absolutely pissed on me, and there wasn't a damn thing I could do about it. I was completely ruined, no farm, no kills, and able to do nothing but hug my turret and whimper a bit every time I got hit with a dart. Laning phase ends with me at, like, 30 cs, because Teemo kept the tower pushed the entire time, and pumped me hard every time I went forward for a minion kill.
Laning phase ends, I've got no items and am absolutely no use to my team whatsoever. I can't even catch up on farm at this point because my damage is too low to take minion waves, and Teemo stalked me the entire game, pouncing on me every time I left the base.
I mean, I haven't been fucked that hard since pre-level-10. Naturally, my team is tearing into me for it, too. All around terrible experience, and enough to make me never want to play Rumble again. I mean, if Teemo is somebody Rumble is STRONG against, I'd hate to see an even matchup!

the easiest way to counter teemo is to play Draft and BAN HIS FUCKING LITTLE ASS.

jayce shits on teemo
I might refund Rumble for Jayce. I almost don't even want to try another round with this stupid little ratbot, but I guess it would be unfair to refund him based on one match.
2) How the fuck do you actually counter Teemo?
Bully bully bully-this is what rumble does best. Hit him with your e and w+q into his face, then disengage when your q finishes and try to avoid any counter-poke. If you try to play passively vs a Teemo, especially as a melee, you're going to have a bad time.
Rumble is hard to get used to, what with his unique playstyle and passive. Persevere and you've got a beast of a yordle who rapes tonnes of top laners.
You've also got to consider that if you pick a champion just because someone says they counter someone and you have little experience with said champion, it's likely not to matter. Unless you're playing something ridiculous like Kayle vs Udyr.
Your skills have higher range than Teemo's. You have to keep your distance and not get free damage from him.
I guess that's my problem, then. I'm used to Cho'Gath, who has a polar opposite playstyle. With Cho, I just sit back and wait for good opportunities. I suppose Rumble is more about going balls-in. Just not my kind of champion, I suppose.
Could you recommend any champions with a playstyle more similar to Cho'Gath's? I really like the tanky/bursty combo, and the ability to outlast lane opponents and/or not fear their harass is always satisfying. I like to choose when to go back to base, not be forced to.

Yorick?

Oh.. this is gonna be one of THOSE games..
I went solo top against a Malphite as Elise. He's actually rather easy to take down.
It's a myth that Teemo counters most top laners, he gets shit upon by everyone but singed.
Irelia and Rengar rape Teemo's face off
It's a myth that Teemo counters most top laners, he gets shit upon by everyone but singed.
doesnt make him any less annoying
I've had the most retarded idea in LoL history.
Jungle.
Karma.
