Exhaust. Clarity is a pretty useless Summoner Spell, just learn to manage your mana.

Clarity is just bad. Especially on soraka, you have no mana problems at all and you have a 0 cost mana dispensing skill.
Depending on the lane heal/ignite/exhaust is far better. Also why tp over flash/ghost?

at level 11 and with those team comps I'd say it hardly mattered.
clarity is kinda useless particularly if you're soraka though, so I'll give you credit for that. It's just the way you told them what they did wrong so rudely.

If Infuse allowed you to cast on yourself. I wouldn't have Clarity. Healing chews up a majority of that Mana. And i dont level up Starcall until everything else is maxed out.
I'm still getting used to her, mind. So once i figure out a quck, easy and effective mana regen build i can change that Clarity to something else.

All you need is a philo stone and you will never run out of mana.

Well since you're playing support you should be doing something like:
faerie charm (thing that builds into philo)+3 pots+3 wards
boots + philo + HoG+maybe kages if you want lodseglod (sell later)
mercs/ionians/mobility boots + aegis + shurelias + randuins + other auras
you need to get many wards whilst doing this too
Bearing in mind I am shit at support this should only be used as a rough guide.
Randuin expensive as fuck, never go for it unless you are something like 0/0/15 at 9 min mark.
Otherwise, that build is relatively fine. I'd go for ionian boots most of the time, 40% cdr OP. Maybe get mobility with initating supports like leona or blitz. Go for philo before boots.
Dont forget the ocassional oracle if your jungler isnt buying it.

Ah, you reminded me of the good old time of soraka's self infuse...
Don't build randuin's on Soraka unless you are playing against heavy AD, build HOG into locket instead.
I've always found LotIS to be quite lackluster. The shield is very feeble unless you build it very early on.
I wish that any of the Item Changers out there worked on Kha'Zix and Ahri. I'm tired of spending that extra 15 seconds digging around in the shop to find what I need.
also, rad thing I figured out about Kha'Zix, is that building him EXACTLY Like riven works wonders.
