It has been even worse for me lately, cant watch any stream on twitch without having 10 second freezes every minute. God knows why most streamers suddendly went to twitch.tv.

I don't understand why Westrice went bottom when TSM took the top tower. They were going to lane swap back bot to take the bot tower anyway. It just gave West less xp and farm.
