Man, it's so funny playing Teemo on TT against teams that don't buy oracles... they just get eaten when they walk into a bush, and considering how densely packed the jungle was they just had to stand still and B or give me some free kills (which happened once or twice). It's also really funny placing mushrooms in front of jungle camps, because they immediately back off and depending on the camp you might even kill the minions with the shroom and farm it :v:
11/3/10 as Ahri. She's definitely the most satisfying AP mid once she gets fed.
Got 5 kills off of their Xerath by the 15 minute mark.

Depends, it's okay in some instances where the enemy is AD and you can benefit from the life steal.
Also good on champions who can push really well already like Teemo.

It's one of the most cost-effecient items in the game. It's extremely cheap and gives you some nice laning-phase stats. You should get it if you're laning top or jungling. (unless you're an AP top/jungle) Heck, both should get it, that way the entire top river can always be warded. I personally love the item, but for some reason I always forget to get it.

I mean just for a top lane thing. I never see it on anyone in the Meta and I always think bad about people who build it. Kinda irks me for some weird reason.

if you get even a little ahead in lane, the Wits End and Ionic Spark combo makes you an absolute fucking powerhouse, gives you enough survivability and then you can splitpush for days

if anything, it saves you money because by the time the laning phase is over you will have spent more money on separate wards than if you had just gotten a wriggle's
that is, if you need to worry about warding in the first place, but it's dumb not to ward
it's a great item, it's just some people don't find it necessary in their earlygame build, i recommend it though.

Buying it for the ward is possibly the worst reason to get it.

Another reason to get it on a top laner is for quicker dragon and baron clears. If your jungler also has one it makes killing them very quick.
only time you should get Wriggles for top is if you're an AA heavy champ like Lee or Udyr, like Pat.Lithium said, it makes Baron/Dragon that much faster.

Try Wukong mid then. So funny see midlaners don't realise they are playing against talon, but with the actual early game. Hope all these pro_played_champion_at_unordinary_lane bullshit wont go further. Don't want to see AD casters being played against me. Hard to counter their anti-carry potential in soloQ.
is RoA good for Cassiopeia?
RoA is good pretty much on every mana consuming champion with AP scales if you need early sustain via catalyst and mid-game tankyness because of it's scaling. Not so good lategame item, but you can get away buying it, since it's not bad.
