We don't need a group, we need a FP server.
This too.
Yeah we need a FP server.
:ninja:
Some people are not understanding stuff.
TmuF is free, if you already have TMU or planning to buy it soon.
You can also purchase TmuF retail, instead of buying tmu first and then downloading the update.
Also, I won't be able to have the TmuF update before 15 June, since my Internet where I am now will stall downloads.
We don't need a group, we need a FP server.
We need 2. One for TMNF and one for TMUF.
We need 2. One for TMNF and one for TMUF.
Well, the TMU folks can play on the TMN server... with only Stadium maps though.
This game is so awesome with an controller, I'm using my xbox360 controller with x-padder and it works like a charm
Yeah we need a FP server.
:ninja:
I'll try to set up a dedi, I can open up my ports and stuff.
But what's the point of only having Stadium tracks that are boring as hell?
And it's only a matter of time before we all buy tmu...
...right?
Besides, It's the TMN people that should get less!
And it's pointless to have Tmu if there are only stadium tracks in the FP server.

Stadium mode is the best one IMO, but the others are good too (except Coast, the handling is just shitty).
Well, my favourites are Island, Bay and Rally tracks. Stadium are good too, yeah. Oh god. Coast. I kinda like it, but the handling makes it impossible for me to go speedy.

Yeah stadium is the best, desert comes second
Yeah stadium is the best, desert comes second
Stadium is the best, in your opinion. Desert? The car's handling at high speed makes me want to rip my hair out.
Stadium is the best combination of speed, handling and sheer joy at managing to get through a track flawlessly.
All the other ones suck compared to it. Though Coast isn't too bad, nor is Island and Bay. But Rally, Desert and Snow can suck a fucking cock.

You forgot "in my opinion". I still think Island and Bay are better than stadium, but Saying shit about the Tmo environments is UNFFORGIVEABLE. :argh:

But that's what so fun about it, driving and old broken car the will flip over as soon as you turn. You´just have to learn how to control it
And the music is awesome
IMO
Well, yah it's pretty awesome but it can also be a bitch sometimes.
Yeah, you're right. It's pretty awesome having to control the car and know how to do it properly.

See what I did there? Just let him setup a TMN server, not everyone wants to pay for TMU. Granted I have it, but I'd rather play with more FPers then just those that have TMU, which isn't a whole lot...
That reminds me of the people that say "I don't want to pay for Gmod 10." God knows what I'd like to do to those people.
That reminds me of the people that say "I don't want to pay for Gmod 10." God knows what I'd like to do to those people.
The difference is that GMod costs $10 while TMUF costs $40.
There are much more expensive games than that. 40$ isn't alot.

It's still a pretty high difference.
I've gotta say, I'd much rather have a United server... Sure Stadium's pretty cool, but I much prefer Island, Bay, Rally and Snow over it.
Coast isn't that bad, just takes way too much trying, failing, restarting, repeating, succeeding.
I own TMU, I have to say I prefer stadium, closely followed by island though. Island is awesome.

Yeah, I love Island, reminds me of Outrun :3

The reason Coast handles like shit is because it attempts to take Simulation Racing with Arcade.
Hint, Most serious Coast Racers don't go for that mumbo jumbo of loops and stuff, We do hardcore Grand Prix Circuits like the Sporkburging Series on TMX.
For me, It's probably Bay>Coast>Island>Stadium>Rally>Snow>Desert
Reasons for all:
Bay: Awesome, has a lot of tricks with pretty calm and agressive Steering, also makes for some Highly Detailed maps like Sporkville.
Coast: Only the serious Grand Prix people spend a lot of time here, which is why there's some excellent GP maps.
Island: It's got the speed to it. You feel like A Supercar on Steriods when you run here.
Stadium: It's overused IMO, but has a large variety of maps.
Rally: It's good if you want to do Rally course stages and stuff, but unless you either wanna have loops and stuff or own a real Rally game, it's good.
Snow: The steering can get quite sensitive at times, the truck feels like it turns on a dime.
Desert: the only one I'd say that handles like shit, because you really can't turn quickly and sharply at the same time, which is an exception of Coast.

I fucking hate the way Desert is done.
I haven't had a chance to try all the environments yet though, so...
I really love Bay though.
Island is fucking crazy. I lol hard just because of the sheer speed and most of the maps' layout too. :v:
I like it.

Speaking of, new Desert track for the United guys.

And please, take the time to try out some of my other tracks, and maybe leave some records! :)
Love Trackmania, getting!
Nobody can badmouth desert, NOBODY! :argh:
Admittedly, It's not the best environment, but it is the environment that made TM as popular as it is now! And I don't get what everyone says about the handling. It's not bad, just because you can't make sharp turns at high speed! 2-wheeling eff tee doubleyoo :downs:!

Word of advice: If you get a screenshot it will atract more viewers and potentially more fame :)
A good screenshot tells a lot about a map.
