Well, my joysticks power cable and usb cable are knackered, ad I don't have a 360 controller. I've just bought a cyborg evo, that should be here in a few days, though. I've managed to play a few races with my temperamental Sidewinder force feedback 2, and I'm impressed. You see, trackmania is the best racing game. Ever. Because it's a game, not a simulation, which is why I use a joystick (which is the best way of controlling vehicles in GTA as well).
I also saw an option for '3D glasses settings'! Anyone tried it?

Is there any way to turn down the sound? My system sound is turned down but trackmania always wants to blast all the sounds out of my speakers at full blast. Every other game is quiet but trackmania...

Turn down your speakers, or use the volume settings in game.

Move your mouse cursor to the top of the screen ingame and a tab type thing should drop down, then there should be a slider for music volume and game volume etc.

Top right of the screen ingame has the settings.
They're hidden but if you roll your cursor there it'll show.
The speaker is sound effects and the music note is Music Sound while the 2 boxes on the far right are windowed/fullscreen options.

I make the TGA (the image), put it in it's own folder in Stickers, name it Sticker.tga, then steal a DDS for the Icon from another one. It worked in Nations.

What the fuck, I made second place with my best time, then made a time that was bigger than my best and it put me in third because of it. I thought it puts you in rank according to your best time.

Oh yeah! I used to be pretty good at nations, though I used a keyboard, downloading this right away!
Tried using my DS as a wireless controller for TMUF but it doesn't appear to work. Works in GTA at least.
