I think I can remember seeing a portrait of a nude woman in the first Unreal Tournament game

There hasn't been a game that would let you kill children with detailed graphics (Exclude Deus Ex, when someone died they dropped and a red pixel would grow underneath the body.), but there are mods for that. Eg: The Fallout Series, but in this case FO3. Since most of the kids in that game just anger the player into thirsting for the blood of orphans. Especially the majority of those damn kids in Little Lamplight.

I've had plenty of sex, but I've never killed anybody. This is the exact opposite of my video game persona apparently. But yeah, to make this post an actual serious contribution to the thread: I just hate watching a movie or playing a game and seeing sex/violence thrown in for no reason. If it doesn't add anything to the story or is very out of context, I don't really care for it. Example: In Mass Effect, it was possible to have sex with someone if you built up a relationship with them over time. This is a valid context. In GTA 4, you can pick up hookers who only give you the same benefit as eating some food or getting healed. There is no real reason for them to be in the game. That being said, it's not like you actually see anything, but it is kind of tasteless.

It's not a requirement and as far as I know, gameplay will not suffer. I do know GTA 4 also lets you have sex with your girlfriend(s), which makes sense.
