And you're using LURK?
The Thunder thing makes me think it's the intro movie. Should I add -nointo to the command list?

Yes I am using LURK.

When you opened up the RAR containing LURK, did the clipboard come up and say unexpected end of archive?

It can't be the intro. If you can't figure it out you might need to e-mail holden.

He's the leader on the mod dumbass.
You could check to see if the file is there, if it is, then the only thing I can think of is You've installed a second or third mod on top of Lurk, which if not done right will break it all to pieces, or forgot to change
$game_data$ = true| false|$fs_root$| gamedata\
to
$game_data$ = true| true| $fs_root$| gamedata\
Or you aren't starting a New Game. That's all I can think of really, and I'm sure you've done all of those
Did that already. This is a clean install btw.
Holden is your only hope!
You did Start the game after installing it, atleast once, before Installing the mod? I don't know if that even matters but people do say to do it before installing large mods like Stalker Complete/Lurk/Oblivion Lost
Okay, okay I'll contact the holy and mystical Holden.

I played like 5 mins of vanilla stalker before uploading the mod.
Not a clue then, unless you some how downloaded a patch for a version instead of a full version

No responses?
lol. German Homebrew from Duty is my friend. So is Joe Sillyman..... Well was until he tried to take on a pack of snorks by himself.
I just bought SoC and IL-2: 1946, but I have a problem. Can I make steam download and install to my D drive? My C is a bit full for right now. Especially if I am gonna have mods later on for SoC.
I just experienced a Flesh Flood. There were easily a little over 40 of them, but I had no chance at winning this fight so I ran.

I've had problems finding artifacts in Clear Sky. I know that you have to whip out your echo device and look near anomalies, but I just can't seem to find any. Is there anywhere where there's a lot of them bunched up?
I'm stuck with a sawn-off shotgun (which is obviously low range) and some peashooter pistol. This game is hard :saddowns:
You'll get better weapons later on. If you can manage to take out the Military base to the south, you can get an AK74u.
Granted you some how contain your frustration. Also awesome avatar GamerKiwi
I always just try to kill the 2 patrolling soldiers on the road, nab their guns, then run my ass off.
I just fire a few shots, and use the roofs of the Cordon rookie camps as cover. They're suprisingly effective against bullets. Though everyone is dead, I usualy just pick up all the gear and head down into Sidovich's bunkers for some massive RU gain.
I always go up to the train tracks and snipe them with the shot gun. Works. But then I jump off and nearly die. And waste half my ammo on blind fire.
