My background is just some folders named: Games, Documents and Programs. Nothing more (except recycle bin and network)

My desktop is just a slideshow with the trash bin. All my programs go on the start menu on alphabetical order, all my games go into steam. The rest is scattered in my user folders (downloads/documents/pictures) based on type. I try to keep things clean. [I]Oh god that derail's a spah![/I]
