In STALKER SoC, how the HELL do I get by the mission where I have to attack that military base (the one where you first had to take out the sniper guarding the entrance, then raid it and find some guy with the rest of the group).

So, I know in LURK that there is a specific SVD supressor, but is there a specific scope too? Can attach the PSO or whatever, but is that really all there is?

Try a building, not a tower, as they can shoot through the wood.

CS got done downloading. It feels so much more polished then SHOC. Other then the pistol sights that is... Is there a mod to add them back? I found one but it adds in other shit too. Never mind, Found one.

STALKER Shaders MAX 0.9 is finished and compatible with LURK. For any one who doesn't know what SSM is well it is pretty much a project to optimise the best shader packs available. Currently the best looking shader pack is a compilation of SkyGRAPHICS 2.0 RC4.1, Float32 2.0, and Clear Sky Alpha 3120 Shaders which was included with LURK. So all I have to do is plop this stuff down in my gamedata and I get free FPS?

And merge your current shader settings in SkyGRAPHICS_options.cfg. Unless you want to use my default ones which aren't too bad.

Look great! Also my armor keeps getting destroyed after a very short time. Is the bug still around where you can equip artifacts to gain more than 100% against a damage type (like fire), and then get healed from it? My SEVA suit is almost broken and I just got it. In SoC

Well now could anybody explain to me what's up with Crisis and his bloodsucker fetish? Anyway, STALKER is some seriously epic shit. I have SoC and CS, but I only beat SoC. I felt more free to do whatever in CS than SoC for some reason I just stopped playing it halfway through. That and I ran SoC maxed the fuck out with 60+ fps but CS brings my computer to it's knees on medium. Probably going to download whichever one has better mods sometime later once Dragon Age gets boring.
