I still haven't figured out what causes that sound problem with the crate's collisions, I just have to live with that. Also I would not recommend the Complete 2009 mod. I only played it once and it was terrible (besides somes of the textures). Use Oblivion Lost 2009 or LURK instead. I noticed that you said you were using headphones. It is possible to use surround sound if you download a fixed [url=http://www.oblivion-lost.de/download/OpenAL32.dll]OpenAL32.dll[/url] file and place it in your STALKER bin folder.

Here's an idea- looking through SMP and ripping out the neat mods you won't find elsewhere. I've spoken to SMP's author, who told me that certain mods (like smoking) can't be found outside SMP. If someone has the know-how, I'm sure lots of people would like to see things like artifact activation and smoking as standalone mods.

Just need to steer clear of Spoilers, easier said than done.
