Maybe Stalker just hates Macs, you know, just like everything else
Bioshock tried to do something like that, but the execution was just terrible.
If it isn't mandatory to complete the game, however, it would be a cool feature.

I only use macs for the internet. Games are better for windows. Its a well known fact.

Well yeah, not game mandatory, just new side quests. I also love what radiation does to film. (crackly "sparks" all over it and the weird darkening effect)
it looks cool.
I'm just wondering, how do you get your reputation up after being terrible? I got bored and killed a lot of loners. Ones walking around, small groups at fires. What do I have to do to bring it up to excellent?
But the spoils of the stashes was pretty good. 500 Ammo for the main Duty gun, a few good artifacts, and lots of vodka and medkits.

Can you store some of your stuff somewhere and be sure it won't disappear? like some hideout or something, I've got a lot of stuff and it makes me sad having to drop shit, there are some nice rifles around there...

At he rookie camp, The bar, Freedom base and other Stashes and boxes around the zone. they dont Disappear, but you might not find the stashes again....

Stash spots are a great place to put your items. They're dotted all around the zone so I don't know where a good portion of them are.

The contents of it won't change.

I know how confusing that sounds, so I'll simplify it: [b]Only store your shit in stashes you've already looted.[/b] Notable exceptions are: the box at the Bar, the box outside Duty HQ, and the box in the bunker at Yantar. Those boxes are always empty and can be freely used for storage. You can also store things in the box at the Arena, as long as you remember to empty it before doing a fight.
Although I did drop some ammo on the ground in cordon and came back later in the game and it was still there. But it was only for the first pistol.

uuh I got stuck at liberty base, I talked to the guard standing on the door and told him that I had some info, said come in and I moved to the left to see if I could get past, couldn't and he then moves and gets in front of me, and I get stuck between him and the wall.
Is there any command to toggle clipping or something like that? or a way to kill that bastard without the rest shooting me. :frown:

Load a previous save or start shootin', stalker. It's OK, Duty will pay handsomely for wiping out those anarchists.

But most of the bodies are still there as well. Mainly at the garbage. All those dead Bandits in big piles.
But i guess in a way, death saves you from the horrors of the zone.....

I did, killed the sniper guy and they assaulted the base, but they failed horribly at it... atleast they cleared some guys.
