So I made it a red crowbar that's been rusting, and has its paint chipped away from use. The closest you could get to the HL2 crowbar (without painting it) would be a red version of this (which they do make): [img_thumb]http://images.wikia.com/zombie/images/3/37/Crowbar-angle.jpg[/img_thumb] Which I tried to make mine looks like an older one of those^ that's rusted and chipped.

waitshit I've started doing some animations, I can see if I can help out (probably be better with the view models than the world models, just starting to get into those). If you want, I can post some past work. I could definitely animate any weapons you need though (assuming they're already made, I can't model :p)

Whether or not I'll have the Mortar Synths too, idk.

As for the mortar synth it could be placed to support gunships and therefore have the player shoot them down with rockets. These are all just ideas though and I have no idea how well theyd work ingame.

I think you should keep the crowbar red for the sake of consistency. When Barney drops you the crowbar in HL2, he says "I think you forgot this back in Black Mesa" or something along those lines. In Half-Life 1, Gordon used a red crowbar, so it would only make sense if it was red.

That's what this whole mod is about, basically!

As for Gman, yes, his suit looks better in the leak, though I'll probably be making my own and using it as a base like Mossman's face. Also, I'll probably get rid of the pinstripes on Breen. EDIT: I also have a new Alyx face skin: [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/fzHSe.jpg[/img_thumb] I'm much more happy with her face now. also trying to fix the cornea texture bump, as it seems too small at the moment.
If anyone is willing, I really need a touched up version of the Crab Synth model. Like increasing the poly count and a better bottom of the Synth, and better interior guns.

Though that's just a collision model for it, not an actual touched up model. It's the same model, except now it doesn't crash the game when you spawn it.

Well, I agree that the model and texture work is well done despite looking absolutely horrible. It's not horribly low-poly or low-res texture or anything. Not that I like it, but I can appreciate the detail.
