No, it is not necessary. You are free not to join a super group. But I don't see why not. Because those ranks are solely to show what you can and can't do within the group. As in, inviting people, promoting or demoting, making events, managing guild bank spots etc. The ranks has nothing to do with teaming up. All the super group does really is showing you the name under your character, makes it easier to chat with fellow FPers, maybe some free loot once I actually get to play again and stuff like that. I am not going to boss any of you around even though I am the Supreme Bearded Punchmaster. Hell, most of you are higher level than my character, so that would seem odd either way.
Gone through the thread to invite, seems someone else has been good in doing that. Pretty sure it is you Kay0kay, so thanks :buddy:
The few that hadn't been added has been now, save for a few who have either deleted that character, or typed it down wrong. So if you put your name on the [url=https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AlivIjc9RjPUdFI4OFl0aTdWRmRHeXVCN0JvWGRXTGc&hl=en&authkey=CLC0vK8L]list[/url] or in this thread, and you haven't gotten an invite, you should check if you wrote the name correctly.
Also, I don't think you get a notification about the invite once you log on. I didn't when people invited to be friends. So check the super group window in the game.
Anyone here managed one of these super groups before? Or do you play enough, and have played for long enough that you know a lot? If so, please tell me so that I can rank you up high. Need more people who can manage the group. Already going to rank you up KayOkay, but I need to know which character you mainly use.

I lead a small SG with 5 friends during the free week, I could try running this one if a position is still open by monday.

Actually my main is Purple Baronness, but starting next week I will only be able to play in weekends, since univ restarts and stuff.
So yeah, I guess someone else is better.
Though, I admit I like managing guilds and stuff. I find it funnier to join a small guild and get it bigger than to join a big one for the power and the e-peen.
But yeah, whatever.

If you'r using the official downloader then I really advise you to change. Or else be prepared for a slow download and lots of frustration.

I would rather if you changed the permissions for all members to add inviting. Was thinking about that myself, but forgot. Takes a lot less time than promoting everyone as well.
I think every big change is put in a log, so if someone starts trolling and ruining the group with the added benefits a higher rank gives them, we can see who did it at least.

2.What does the acrobatics give you? When I've tried it it was just a high-speed running
3.Why is teleportation so unpopular ? I use it and there are more advantages , than disadvantages
