There are plenty of camer settings. I think they're under Controls in the options menu.

There's a cooldown on teleport after leaving combat.
So you can't realize a fight is too hard and teleport out of it.
You have to die, or run, so yeah you basically die.

Actually the 10-second combat penalty was in the game before F2P came out, but for whatever reason they removed it until now
TP was and still will be the best PVP travel power, but it's a much-needed nerf

You can chose it when you hit the drop box on the chest section. Its at the top. you can have it set to left arm, right arm, or both.

You can get a pretty cool steampunk variation of it if you're willing to grind something like 700 cowboy robots.

I'm at the renaissance center and i'm doing that stupid mission where it tells you to visit different areas like the bank and auction house and shit but i can't fuckin find 'super jet'. I've been flying all over the area and asking people about it and i still haven't found that stupid shit. I got so mad i was about to fuckin uninstall the game there and then.

Lol, just outside the main circular area, to the north-west. You can see a green circle on you map that shows you where to go for all quests.

You do NOT get a extra character slot if you max a character.
3 archetypes are locked.
No freeform.
No free costumes for leveling.
No free atari tokens, but thats a given.
No free adventure packs
Half of the travel powers are locked.
Tons of items are cut off from our reach.
Etc.

you can also change the appearance of your char, but not at any time, you need to be at a tailor

I don't think that's possible anymore. If you somehow get an old retail key I would imagine you would get 30 days of Gold access before it becomes silver.
