8x is highest, also if you only set the bar to max it isn't the actual max. You can also remove the comic outline in the advanced options, I personally dislike it.

I'm not even in the actual game and this game has already pissed me off.
I spend an hour painstakingly making a character only to get character creation failed at the end.
Apparently its because I picked an archetype that I can't use because I'm a free player.
Come on developers, you couldn't have the fucking decency to at least gray out the options that free players can't use?

If you wait a little and play around with archetypes, at some point it will grey out the ones you can't use.

you have half resolution ticked, take off antialiasing and halfreso and it should be ok

The button under the tabs in costume creator
for head it should be something like "Heads and Hairstyles", clicking it will let you change to "Short hairstyles and collars", "Headwear" etc.
as for other question, it's travel powers and they are unlocked at Lvl 6 in Powerhouse (That electric portal in a cog in the middle of Millenium city for example)
Quick question: Does the Champions Online retail box (with the disc etc.) allow you to get gold member/have any worth, or are they just fodder now?
I would play this if it didn't download at 10kbps.

At most I would think it has 1 month in it, if that. It'd be cheaper to download the game free and then spend $15 to buy a month. I'd look at the box, though, if you really want the disk. Surely it would say.
